Privacy policy

What we collect

• Photos you upload and the designs made from them.
• Order details: name, email, phone number and shipping address, collected at checkout.
• If you create an account: your email address, your saved designs and order history.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to create your design, process your payment, print and ship your order, and show your designs and orders in your account. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime from your account or any marketing email. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments.
• Printful prints and ships your order and receives your design and shipping details.
• Resend delivers our sign-in emails.

Your photos

Processed photos and designs are stored at private, unguessable links so we can produce your order. They are automatically deleted 100 days after they're created. To have your account, photos or designs deleted sooner, email support@petprintparlor.com. We keep order records (no photos) as required for tax and accounting.

Cookies and local storage

We use a sign-in cookie when you're signed in, a cookie that links designs you make to your browser so they can be saved to your account, and your browser's local storage for your cart. We don't use advertising cookies.
