Made to order

Every Pet Print Parlor item is printed just for you after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and most orders arrive 5–10 business days after purchase. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email support@petprintparlor.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a refund.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is personalized with your photos, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Please check the size options before ordering — our apparel is unisex sizing.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
